Product is good. The threaded pin lock at the folding mechanism is a bit of a pain. Trying to line up the pin while threading it into the welded nut on the outside is a bit cumbersome. It really deters use of the folding feature. I’d recommend a small spacer between the pipe and the nut to allow the pin to go through so the user doesn’t have to try and keep things lined up while trying to thread in the pin. It’s not that the design isn’t useable or solid, it’s just not the most user friendly system when your being careful not to cross thread the pin. On a different note, I’d also offer an anti-rattle stabilizer with it to firm up the slop in the hitch. These are sold for around $10-12 online, but would be a great add on sale for the product. Over all. I think the product is good and would be great with a couple small tweaks.
