I use a Crossover Mini on top of an S Mac Vise Pedestal Conversion Plate, which is in turn screwed to a thick piece of laminated maple, and bolt that to my workbench. I put Bench Vise Mounting Plates into the Crossover Mini. This gives me the best work positioning system I have ever used. It spins, it tilts, and then it locks more rigidly in place than anything else out there. I bolt work boards, jigs, custom work holders, etc., to the mounting plates. No more bending over! It’s awesome.
